For 1 or 4 guests per night:

$155* Off-peak season (March 1st - December 14th)

$165* Peak season (December 15th - February 28th)

• Prices are for five night minimum stay
• Three night minimum stay optional at $175/night.
* Rates subject to Hawaii taxes of 11.4%.
• Cleaning Fee: $95

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

Mastercard, VISA, Discover and AMEX accepted.

A 20% deposit is due within seven days of booking to reserve your space.

Payment in full is due 45 days prior to your arrival. Full refund if cancellation
is received more than 45 days in advance of arrival date. After that date,
full payment is forfeited unless we are able to re-rent unit, in which case
we charge a $75 administrative fee.

This is a non-smoking unit.
